The end of the week...

This week has been really interesting - besides karate, cooking and gardening, this week I've also played the recorder in assembly with the children, learnt a bit of Italian, painted a whale, supported a child at his mainstream school on one day, made toast and done some guided reading with the children. It's been really great to have done such a variety of different things and the time has passed really quickly, though I've been really tired at the end of each day.

It has also been good to get to know the staff and the students better through the week and I am looking forward to whatever next week brings.
